Mrs. Angiolini's Updates
Reading some fun books that interest your child is a great way to help your child work on different skills that are being taught at this level. Take a book walk and have a discussion about what your child thinks that book might be about. As you read be sure to stop and discuss! You can create some index cards to review letters, sounds, colors, and some sight words.
Grade 1 students are currently working on short vowels, word families, and will sonn be introduces to long vowels. Grade K students are working on letter and sound review. (letters are not being introduced in the A-Z order, please check with your child's classroom teacher)

* Parents please e-mail me with any concerns, questions, or happy news! Due to the change of increased inclusion time my schedule does not allow me to see every student in the morning. I do check my e-mail prior to the start of the school day, and I feel that this would be better for communication as opposed to the notebooks.
Thank You,
Mrs. Angiolini
